Project Coordinator

This role coordinates production schedules, supports supplier quality management and training, performs creative and material checks as needed, and contributes to the continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and operational processes. We are looking for someone to work closely with internal teams, studios, and suppliers, to ensure alignment with client requirements, security standards, and creative guidelines while supporting broader Global Studio Operations initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinating the Centralized Material Check initiative across the group, responsible for successfully delivering creative checks comprehensive of all relevant flags for multilingual dubbing projects
  • Managing production schedules for the checks done on projects and coordinating with creative and project management parties to distribute the work and deliver within desired TAT’s
  • Reviewing and correcting final material checks, relaying feedback to checkers and retraining new suppliers to ensure quality consistency and set expectations
  • Performing checks directly for direct-to-studio and/or multilingual projects as needed
  • Displaying great awareness of how different factors affect studio and project management processes, proactively accounting for these in the material checks stage and building our supplier pool and processes to effectively support this
  • Continuously proposing improvements and feedback to the material check format and workflows when pertinent, constantly adhering to changes in client and company requirements
  • Keeping up with main client documentation, security guidelines and scope of work to ensure internal workflows follow suit
  • Maintaining a close line of communication with the Manager, Global Studio Operations, escalating and discussing matters as they arise
  • Working on the creation of Creative Letters, Show Guides and KNPs as needed, following client guidelines and providing creative guidance to studios
  • Tracking KPI’s for script & creative initiatives, gathering, interpreting and using relevant data to support and inform workflow implementations
  • Testing new tools and workflows as business requirements keep evolving
  • Supporting the Global Studio Operations team as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Native or high-level English proficiency
  • Strong mix of a creative and operational background, able to handle complex internal processes and workflows
  • Technical and creative understanding of post-production
  • Experience working on dubbing scripts, studio processes and lip-sync adaptation
  • An acute eye for detail, both linguistic and artistic – Quality Assurance experience preferred
  • Strong organisation, time management and planning skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise and work well both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of entertainment media, other languages and a linguistic or creative background are a plus
