Marketing Localisation Project Coordinator

Our Marketing Localisation team works behind the scenes on campaigns for some of the world’s best-known entertainment brands. From trailers, promos and social content to key art, digital campaigns and gaming assets, we help make sure every piece of content feels as engaging and relevant internationally as it does in its original market.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing global team in São Paulo.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to get into the media and localisation industry. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and collaborate with our global team, supporting projects that can reach audiences in dozens of markets around the world.

No two days will be quite the same. You could be coordinating translations for an international campaign, helping prepare a trailer for voice-over or dubbing, managing subtitling across multiple languages, or supporting the localisation of marketing and gaming content ahead of a major launch.

You will gradually learn how projects move from the original creative brief through translation, production, quality control and final delivery, while working with linguists, voice talent, studios and production teams around the world.

We are looking for someone organised, curious and proactive, with strong written and spoken English and a genuine interest in international media, languages and entertainment.

In return, you will get hands-on experience across a wide range of high-profile projects, exposure to different areas of localisation and production, and the opportunity to build your career as part of an international team working across some of the most exciting content in the industry.

What you'll do:

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day delivery of multilingual marketing projects and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows. Your work will include:

  • Supporting projects from kick-off through to final delivery, working closely with Project Managers and teams across different regions.
  • Preparing, organising and trafficking source materials, reference files and final deliverables.
  • Preparing files for translation using CAT tools.
  • Working with subtitling software to prepare files for linguists, implement amendments, troubleshoot issues and export final deliverables.
  • Coordinating with translators, subtitlers, voice talent, studios and other suppliers, including sourcing new resources and negotiating rates where required.
  • Tracking schedules, budgets and deliverables to help ensure projects are completed on time and to the expected quality standard.
  • Carrying out quality checks before delivery, making sure files are complete, accurate and meet client requirements.
  • Managing project administration, including updating internal systems, maintaining project documentation and keeping records up to date.
  • Responding to changes in schedules, requirements or assets and helping the team adjust plans accordingly.
  • Identifying potential issues early and, with support from an assigned mentor, helping find practical solutions.
  • Providing general production and administrative support to the wider Marketing Localisation team when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Organised, reliable and comfortable working in an environment where several projects may be moving at the same time. We are particularly interested in someone who is keen to learn, asks questions and takes ownership of their work.
  • Some previous experience in localisation, media, translation or project coordination.
  • Experience with streaming platforms, entertainment brands or audiovisual content would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
  • The ability to manage several tasks at once while keeping track of deadlines and details.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • A careful eye for detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to raise questions when something does not look right.
  • The ability to adapt when priorities, schedules or client requirements change.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to take initiative as you become more familiar with the role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with subtitling software and CAT tools would be useful, although training can be provided.
  • A degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation, Languages, Media or a related subject would be an advantage.
  • An interest in working across different markets, cultures and time zones as part of an international team.
  • This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in media localisation and gain practical experience across translation, subtitling, voice-over, dubbing and international marketing production.
