What you'll do:

• Implement Business Central ERP in Brazil and Mexico, ensuring that key requirements are identified and addressed, and that a robust UAT process is followed.
• Manage and maintain the local Business Central systems, including configuration, integrations, security, and data integrity to ensure a well-controlled and documented system environment.
• Provide first line technical support to users located in Brazil, Mexico and the US (LA).
• Provide training and documentation for local users.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience, including through automation and AI where appropriate.
• Ensure both central Group and local regulatory needs are met from the financial systems in an efficient way, with a focus on e-invoicing, VAT reporting and local tax reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Microsoft Business Central and Power BI.
• Manage integration between Microsoft Business Central and other financial and non-financial systems, including Ooona (group project management system) and local payroll systems. Maintain master data in Business Central to support accurate reporting and reliable system integration.

What we are looking for:

• Experience implementing Business Central in Brazil and/or Mexico, including statutory reporting, tax, e-invoicing or related localisation requirements.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Proven experience of using Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The position will work across an international footprint and will therefore need to work closely with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong written and spoken English is required, as the role will involve regular communication with the UK Business Central team and other international stakeholders.
